Can I request a specific title to be converted into one of your formats?
We work with most of the trade publishers to convert their titles into accessible formats. Most publishers supply new titles to us monthly. We can request specific titles from the publishers and, if they hold the rights, they may be able to supply the title for conversion.
How do I order a different format?
On the product page, on our websites, you will see boxes stating the various formats available for that title. Select the box of the format you require, and then add to cart. Double checkthat you have ordered the correct format in your cart and at the checkout.
Are your braille editions supplied in a print/embossed edition?

I’m having trouble selecting titles, can you help?
Yes! On the home page, under Browse, you can view our most recent titles (by publication date), view books supplied by each of the trade publishers (by publisher), by age range, by genre, etc. If you need further help, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order is sent to the printer, we will automatically send you an order confirmation.
Can I add a PO number to my order?
Yes, there is a field at the checkout to add a PO number. If you need to add a PO later, please email email@example.com.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellations or changes after checking out are not able to be accepted due to our quick fulfillment process. As soon as your order is received, the fulfillment process begins. Once your order reaches the printer, no changes can be accepted.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
As all our books are printed on demand, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind. We do offer replacements for damaged books. If you receive a damaged book, please email firstname.lastname@example.org, within 7 days of receipt of your order, with the title, ISBN, order number and a photo of the damage. A replacement will be sent to you free of charge.
We cannot replace books purchased via a third party.
An invoice will be supplied with your books/s or sent via email once your order is delivered. If you require an invoice prior to this, please email email@example.com. Our invoices are all issued by Accessible Publishing Systems trading as ReadHowYouWant (for large print and Dyslexic Books).

Can I receive a desk copy?
For a desk copy, you need to contact the trade publisher listed on the product page.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We have printers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and New Zealand. You can order via our website for delivery to these countries. If you require delivery elsewhere, please check Ingram and Amazon.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our print editions, ordered via our website, will be delivered between 7 and 20 business days. Ebook editions, ordered via our website, will be delivered in up to 7 days. Please note the above delivery time frames are an estimation provided by our shipping providers and although we hope this never happens, delays during transit may occur from time to time.
Can I receive tracking details for my order?
The printers can supply tracking details to us, please contact email@example.com if your delivery it is taking longer than expected to arrive.
